Welcome to ManekiGo ("the Service"). By registering or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

ManekiGo is a cat-centric care tracking platform providing cat profile management, behavior logging, health tracking, and AI insights. The Service is currently in R&D Preview stage.

3. Accounts & Security

• You must provide accurate registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security and password confidentiality
• Only one account per person is permitted
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload (including cat photos, records, and notes). You grant the Service a limited license to use that content as necessary to provide its features.

You must not upload:

• Content that violates any law
• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Malware or harmful code
• Inappropriate content unrelated to cat care

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI insights and suggestions provided by the Service are for reference only and do not constitute professional veterinary advice. For health concerns about your cat, always consult a qualified veterinary professional. We are not liable for any loss resulting from reliance on AI-generated suggestions.

6. Service Availability

The Service is currently in R&D Preview stage. We strive to maintain stability but do not guarantee 100% availability. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the Service when necessary, with advance notice where possible.

7. Privacy

Our collection and use of your personal data is governed by ourPrivacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described therein.

8. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Account Settings page. Upon deletion, all associated data will be permanently removed. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
